REFUND POLICY
At msmecertificate.net, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our service process. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
General Refund Conditions
Refunds are considered only when the service cannot be delivered from our end after internal verification. Customers must apply for a refund within 5 days from the date of placing the service request. Refund requests submitted after 5 days will not be eligible.
Once a refund is approved and initiated, it may take 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
Cancellation Policy
Once the service request and payment have been submitted, cancellation is generally not permitted.
If the customer requests us to pause or hold the process, the amount paid will be kept on hold for up to 1 year from the date of payment, and the service can be resumed anytime within this period.
Before issuing any refund, msmecertificate.net reserves the right to attempt completion of the service. If cancellation is still requested, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost plus any earned service fee and fees paid to government authorities or third parties will be deducted.
Refund Limitations
Refunds will not be issued:
• For amounts paid to government departments, authorities, or third parties
• For processing fees, admin charges, payment gateway fees, or service fees already earned
• If delays or rejections occur due to incorrect information submitted by the user
• If the work has already been initiated and resources have been allocated by our team
As our services involve time, effort, and manpower, any completed portion of work is non-refundable.
Ungovernable Factors
Processing of MSME/Udyam services depends on government departments and online portals. Approvals, delays, rejections, technical issues, and other external factors are beyond our control. Such issues do not qualify for refunds.
Unnatural Condition
msmecertificate.net will not be liable for delays or failure in service delivery caused by natural disasters, technical disruptions, government actions, internet outages, strikes, or any event beyond reasonable control. These events do not qualify for refunds.

Include your name, registered mobile number, order ID, and reason for the refund request. All requests will be reviewed as per this policy.
